YouthMeta, operator of the AI-driven cryptocurrency price prediction platform RisingX, announced that it entered into a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Thai Senator Parinya Wongcherdkwan on the 5th.
The agreement was signed as part of efforts to establish a foundation for the full-scale launch of an education platform business in Thailand. The signing ceremony was officially held at the Seoul headquarters of YouthMeta. The MOU has drawn attention as a cross-sector global collaboration model that integrates blockchain technology with educational content, going beyond simple technology exports to create a project expected to generate positive social and industrial impact across Thailand. Executives and employees of YouthMeta, along with a Thai delegation, attended the ceremony, where they shared their visions and held a roundtable discussion.
Through this agreement, both parties committed to practical cooperation, including the provision of educational content and the development of certification-linked systems, as well as institutional support to ensure the project’s stable settlement in the local market. They also discussed various forms of long-term partnership, such as collaboration with local institutions and the expansion of talent development programs, and agreed to use this MOU as a strategic model for similar projects across the Asian region in the future.
YouthMeta plans to apply an academic business model in Thailand based on its RisingX technology, providing local educational content along with certificate issuance and career linkage opportunities. Senator Parinya Wongcherdkwan is expected to play a key role in facilitating a favorable business environment. In particular, YouthMeta plans to sequentially introduce region-specific content curation, multilingual support systems, and localized UI/UX, while also building a personalized learning framework utilizing RisingX’s algorithmic technology. Through these efforts, the company aims to deliver a data-driven learning experience rather than simple knowledge transfer.
A YouthMeta official said, “This partnership marks YouthMeta’s first entry into the Thai market and serves as the starting point for realizing technology-driven educational value,” adding, “It is rare for a company operating a domestic cryptocurrency price forecasting platform to sign an official agreement with a Thai senator, and this MOU represents a symbolic milestone that demonstrates YouthMeta’s global business capabilities and credibility.” The official further noted that “an education model combining AI and blockchain will play an important role in connecting the public sector with practical career pathways.”
The official also emphasized that the project considers social values such as strengthening digital capabilities among young people and ensuring fair access to education, stating that “our goal is not short-term operations, but the construction of a long-term ecosystem.”
This collaboration is expected to serve as a turning point for YouthMeta as it evolves beyond a cryptocurrency technology company into a trusted platform operator across the broader Asian education market. In particular, the official cooperation of the Thai Senate is seen as a symbolic case that enhances institutional trust in RisingX technology while increasing its potential for expansion throughout Southeast Asia.
The project can also be interpreted as the first example of a public–private global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)–linked initiative that goes beyond simple technology exports. Building on this partnership, YouthMeta plans to actively expand cooperation with global public-sector entities.
Senator Parinya Wongcherdkwan, a key partner in this collaboration, is a member of the Thai Senate and concurrently serves as vice chair of the Education Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee. He has shown deep interest in education and labor issues, actively engaging in legislative efforts to improve related policies and frequently participating in overseas engagements. Drawing on his hands-on experience operating educational institutions, he is recognized for maintaining a field-oriented policy approach. Given his continued emphasis on reducing educational inequality and expanding regional access to education in Thailand, this collaboration with YouthMeta is expected to emerge as a representative example of a public–private partnership that combines both public value and practical effectiveness.
