The 2026 Digital Asset Korea Summit, one of South Korea’s largest blockchain conferences, will be held on July 25 at the COEX Auditorium in Seoul. Co-hosted by Blockchain Today and Youth Meta, the event is expected to bring together more than 1,500 participants, including traders, developers, investors, policymakers, and legal experts, for a large-scale networking opportunity.
As the summit takes place amid a rapidly changing regulatory environment—including the enforcement of the Virtual Asset User Protection Act and ongoing discussions surrounding a proposed Digital Asset Basic Act—it is drawing significant attention from investors seeking to understand future policy directions and prepare for the next potential bull market.
The event will begin with video congratulatory remarks from former National Assembly member Kim Hyung-joo and National Assembly member Min Byung-deok. Jung Joo-pil, CEO of Blockchain Today, will then present the vision of the summit during the opening session. The first main session will be led by Park Sung-joon, Director of the Blockchain Research Center at Dongguk University, who will examine structural changes in Web3 and digital finance under the theme, “The Future and Core Capabilities of the Digital Asset Era.”
During the morning session, XRP specialist and author Moon Chang-hoon will deliver a presentation titled “Next-Generation Finance and the Utility of XRP.” In the afternoon, professional trader Koo Bon-wook will share practical survival strategies for individual investors through a session titled “Real Trading: The 10-Minute Profit Challenge.” In the global session, Steve Young Kim, APAC Business Development Director at Binance, will discuss emerging trends in the convergence of traditional and digital finance.
Special sessions and booth keynote presentations will feature promising domestic and international projects, including Bullbit, iotrust, Variational, and Funstock, which will introduce their technologies and services. Participants will also be able to network freely with investors and builders in the exhibition booth zone.
The organizers identified several key advantages of the summit: the opportunity to hear directly from experts on domestic and international regulatory and policy developments and formulate response strategies; the ability to exchange real-time market insights with a community of more than 1,500 participants; and the chance to explore a wide range of investment opportunities by moving between the conference hall and exhibition booths.
Tickets are available exclusively through advance registration, and on-site purchases will not be permitted. The COEX Auditorium is located approximately a five-minute walk from Exits 5 and 6 of Samseong Station.
FN Today is a South Korean economic and business news organization whose history dates back to 2003. Following its adoption of the name Finance Today in April 2008, the publication was developed into Korea’s first comprehensive online economic news portal in May of the same year. Since its establishment, FN Today has provided reporting and analysis across a broad range of fields, including finance, capital markets, industry, technology, politics, society, culture, and regional affairs. Its editorial coverage encompasses breaking news, in-depth reports, executive interviews, expert commentary, and analysis of major economic and industrial developments in Korea and abroad. FN Today has also expanded its expertise into emerging sectors that are reshaping the global economy, with particular attention to digital assets, blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, and the broader digital transformation of industry. In 2018, the organization established a dedicated Blockchain Center, strengthening its capacity to report on and examine developments in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and related financial technologies. The publication operates as part of FN Media Group, an integrated media organization engaged in journalism, broadcasting, digital content, research, exhibitions, and industry-focused communication. Through its affiliated media platforms, research institutions, and specialized projects, the group produces and distributes information for both general audiences and professionals across a variety of sectors. This broader organizational framework enables FN Today to combine daily news coverage with specialized research, public discourse, and analysis of rapidly evolving economic and technological trends. FN Today continues to serve as an independent source of business and economic journalism, presenting informed perspectives on the forces shaping markets, industries, and society.
